  • Near end of it's life 
  • Components break often resulting in long closures until replacement and repair can be completed.

Objectives of New Playground:

  1. Design and build an inclusive playground: Incorporate equipment and spaces that accommodate children with varying physical, sensory and developmental needs.
  2. Promote social inclusion and interaction: Create a space where all children can engage together, fostering friendships and understanding across diverse abilities.
  3. Enhance physical and cognitive development: Provide equipment that supports various forms of play, encouraging physical exercise and imaginative play
  4. Strengthen community engagement: Involve students, parents and community members in the planning and development process to ensure the playground meets the needs and desires of the community. Create a place where all children at school and within the community can learn through play together.
